The hotel is clean with polite and courteous staff. The location is perfect, close to the town centre, the railway station, and Southend Airport. The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is a good size, and the room comes with a TV set, along with tea and coffee. The views from the window are nice. it's a great option for a short stay.

It has new-fashioned functional rooms, that come with big TV, a fan and a shower.

The location is marvellous and fantastic, really enjoyed to be close to some leisure places, we've visited an amusement park and pubs. The rooms are lovely with possibly the smallest toilet, fantastic WiFi, a shower and the staff are good.

The hotel is fairly clean. It's located just off the seafront and shops, near the train station and the sea, in a nice quiet area. The room with a double bed had great amenities. We had a restful time during our short stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Southend. The location is perfect, as it is really close to the beach and just a short walk from the railway station. I loved the quiet residential area it is situated in, which made for a peaceful stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were well-equipped, with a comfortable double bed and fantastic WiFi. Plus, the prices were very reasonable, especially considering all the basic amenities that were included. great value for money.
